Stratego 65 year anniversary

This limited anniversary edition celebrates the 65th birthday of the classic game with an exciting new variant. With the spy who can beat the field marshal, there are now in addition to the male also female recruits, so players can personalise their troops. Played according to the well-known rules or a variant that offers a whole new gaming experience: battle cards open up daring moves, surprise attacks and a stronger defense. In addition, there is a luxury design, heavier toy figures and a fresh design. So a new page in the book of Stratego history is opened Directions Objective: Find and capture the enemy flag. Bombs and secret ranks make this difficult. Layout: Each player secretly places 40 figures on his half of the field, including moving units, bombs (immovable) and the flag. Trains: per round you can move one figure (one field, except reconnaissance) or perform an attack. Flag and bombs remain immovable. Battles: Ranks decide the exit - higher beats lower. Spy can beat the Field Marshal (only if she attacks). Miners can defuse bombs. Strategy: use bombs for defense, do not sacrifice strong figures too early, collect information with reconnaissance and mislead the opponent by skillful deception.
