The Dark Glinting with Metal

"The writing is phenomenal and really captures that uneasy, indescribable reality-is-collapsing quality of the setting that I feel is important. Everything in it is just… broken and there’s something that you just can’t put your finger on. Love it." --- Johan Nohr, creator of Mörk Borg Become characters in Brian Evenson's first ever role-playing game. Taking content and inspiration from decades of fiction, Brian has created a horrifying world for you to explore. Using Mork Borg -- a simple RPG system -- you will create characters that will trudge through this broiling and unforgiving landscape. Hot. Suffocating. Strange and satiating, you have never experienced anything like this before. Evenson is an expert at evoking a nightmare world. This module has everything I want out of a Mork Borg campaign. It's darkly surreal and thought-provoking. It transports the player to a world charred black as midnight and the horrors encountered there won't easily be forgotten." -- Phil Gelatt of The Spine of Night "Brian Evenson's The Dark Glinting With Metal is a deadly and surreal Mörk Borg adventure unlike anything I've read before. Brimming with grotesque dream logic and darkness heavy like a Sunn 0))) riff, this adventure is the kind of filth that feels necrotic and squishy. Or maybe that's just you." -- Bracken MacLeod, Splatterpunk Award nominated author of 13 Views of the Suicide Woods and Come to Dust "Brian Evenson's storytelling transcends boundaries, deftly weaving narrative threads with a chilling sense of doom. I've been a longtime fan of his fiction, and his work on this project continues to combine his captivating narratives with a mesmerizing exploration into uncanny realms. The Dark Glinting with Metal is a boon to the world of TTRPGs, and a landmark creation for the MORK BÖRG system." -- Janaka Stucky, author of four poetry collections, most recently Ascend Ascend
